Rank Responsibilities
(For Soldiers, Rouges, Priest of Mitra and Bear
Shaman)

Auxilia
------------------------------------
The
Auxilia are important members to any Militia because they fill the gaps in the
line when the Milites can not, making sure the Militia is always at full
strength. The Rank of Auxilia is for members who have a fluctuating
schedule, only want to be a Casual Member, or feel you are not able to fully
commit to a guild yet. Auxilia Rank gives you the most flexibility since you can
join up to three militias at one time.
Responsibilities:
- Join 1 to
3 Militias as an Auxilia (or House, see Circle of Acheron). **
- Follow the commands of the Patrician Commander or the
2nd in command the Primus Gladius of the Militia you joined.
- Show up to a minimum of 20% of the Guild Events
(for each Militia you belong to) that your Patrician Commander shows
up to and participate as much as possible.

** NOTE: You will not be officially a member of the Imperium unless you
belong to at least one Militia. So it is your responsibility to join and
maintain membership in a Militia. Failure to do so could result in the removal
from the guild.

Plebeian
------------------------------------
The Plebeians are call Milites when serving in the
Militia; they are the members of the Militia that the Commander relies on most
in to be steadfast. The Rank of Plebeian is for members who have a relatively
regular schedule and you are able to make most guild events. To be Eligible for
higher positions in the guild you must hold the Guild Rank of Plebeian.
Responsibilities:
- Join a Militia group as a Plebeian in the
Warrior’s Hold forum.

- Follow the commands of the Patrician Commander or the
2nd in command the Primus Gladius of the Militia you joined.
- Show up to a minimum of 80% of the guild events that your Patrician
Commander shows up to and work closely with your Patrician Commander.

belong to at least one Militia. So it is your responsibility to join and
maintain membership in a Militia. Failure to do so could result in the removal
from the guild.

Patrician
------------------------------------
The Patricians when leading a Militia are called Patrician Commanders and
are the front line Commanders of the Imperium. The Patrician Commander makes
sure their militia is a strong and capable fighting force for the Imperium
Legion. The Rank of Patrician if for members who have relatively
regular schedule, are able to make most guild events and is a person who
is reliable. If you want to rise to highest positions in the guild and
capable of being a dedicated leader then choose Patrician.
Responsibilities:
- Create a Militia and lead it as the Patrician
Commander.

- Be able to commit approximately 10 hours a week at regular
time intervals.
- Recruit Plebeian and Auxilia so that you would have
consistently 6 to 10 players (including yourself) online when you are online.
You can have maximum of 9 Plebeians and 10 Auxilia in your militia group, but
must maintain minimum of 5 Plebeians at all times in the militia group.
(Note: the min/max group numbers are subject to change due to game mechanics
or other factors)
- It is your responsibility that your Militia members
follows the
Guild Rules and
Rules
of Engagement. You are the moderator of the members under your command and
their activity will reflect on to
you.
- Promote the
guild at forums.ageofconan.com with a signature (see
here)
- When possible actively recruit players who are
not members yet.
- As the Patrician Commander
you represent your Militias collective political will. So it is also
your responsibility to understand your member's concerns and represent them in
the Assembly.
-Participate as much as possible in the Centuriate and Curiate Assembly.
Like providing your opinions in discussions, doing interviews for prospective
members looking to be Patricians, voting on issues put before the Assembly by
the Consul, Praetor, or Imperator and overall helping with the organization of
the guild.

NOTE: You can also become and Patrician by being elected to the position of
Curule Aedile or Quaestor and successfully completing a term in office.
